All of my items are handmade and though some may be similar in design, no two will be exactly alike. If after you receive your item, you are not completely satisfied, email me with your intent to return it within 3 days, and I will refund your purchase price less shipping and handling after I have received the item in it's original condition. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
If you would like to special order any items, I will be delighted to personalize any item or make one especially for you. Please contact me via email for special orders for information or questions and pricing on personalization. Payment must be made in advance for special item requests and since the item is personalized, It will be non returnable.
